Council holds a range of information relating to properties in the District. This includes information on the land and and development of that land.

Examples of the type of information we hold are:

• government valuations
• operative District Plan zones
• building consent and permit information
• hazards
• rates information (rates owing and annual rates)
• drainage plans
• connections to Council supply (i.e. water, sewage etc)
